Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before enrolling in or attending any programme offered by Mavorin. By submitting an enquiry, completing an enrolment, or attending a session, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About Us

These Terms and Conditions apply to services provided by Mavorin Pte. Ltd. ("Mavorin", "we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in Singapore. Our registered address is 16 Raffles Quay, #29-02, Hong Leong Building, Singapore 048581.

2. Nature of Our Services

Mavorin offers reading-led educational programmes and discussion workshops on topics related to personal finance vocabulary, pension scheme documentation, and household financial language. All programmes are educational in nature.

Nothing communicated, published, or discussed in the course of our programmes constitutes financial advice, investment advice, insurance advice, legal advice, or any form of regulated advisory service. Participants are responsible for their own financial decisions and should seek qualified professional advice where appropriate.

3. Eligibility

Our programmes are designed for adults. Specific age requirements apply to individual programmes:

By enrolling, you confirm that you meet the age eligibility criteria for the programme selected.

4. Enrolment and Booking

Enrolment is confirmed once we have received your completed enquiry or booking form and, where applicable, full payment of the programme fee. Places are limited by cohort size and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

We will send a confirmation of your enrolment by email to the address you provide. Please ensure your contact details are accurate at the time of booking.

5. Fees and Payment

Programme fees are as stated on our website and in written communications at the time of booking. Current fees are:

All fees are quoted in Singapore dollars and are inclusive of applicable GST where relevant. Payment details will be provided upon confirmation of your enrolment. We reserve the right to revise programme fees for future cohorts with reasonable notice.

7. Programme Conduct and Participation

Participants are expected to engage with pre-distributed reading materials in advance of each session, and to conduct themselves in a manner that is respectful of other cohort members and facilitators.

We reserve the right to exclude any participant from a programme if their conduct is disruptive, disrespectful, or otherwise inconsistent with the educational environment we aim to maintain. In such circumstances, no refund will be offered.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials distributed as part of our programmes — including printed binders, glossary cards, cohort newsletters, and digital documents — are the intellectual property of Mavorin and are licensed to participants for personal educational use only.

Participants may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, or commercially exploit programme materials without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Singapore law, Mavorin's liability in connection with any programme or this website is limited to the amount of programme fees paid by the participant in respect of the relevant programme.

We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or economic loss arising from participation in our programmes, the use of programme materials, or reliance on any information discussed in a session. This limitation reflects the purely educational nature of our services.

10. Disclaimer of Advisory Responsibility

Programme content is drawn from publicly available documentation and is intended solely to build familiarity with financial vocabulary and documentation structures. Mavorin does not hold any licence to provide financial advisory, insurance advisory, or investment advisory services. Nothing in our programmes should be treated as a recommendation, endorsement, or personalised advice of any kind.

11. Website Use

Access to and use of this website is subject to these Terms. We make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of information on this site, but we do not warrant that content is complete, current, or free from error. We reserve the right to modify or withdraw content at any time without notice.
